Cancellation Policy.-

 

 

Important: If there is no specific cancellation policy for a specific trip this general cancellation policy applies. Please refer the specific cancellation policy of each trip. Some tours, such as CUBA among others, are subject to a specific cancellation policy.

 

 

 

If we cancel:

 

A full refund will be given.

 

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a tour before it’s planed departure because of insufficient number of participants or any other reason, a full refund will be given.

 

 

 

If you cancel:

 

 

120 days or more before departure.-

 

$500 cancellation fee, plus any additional costs incurred, as well as any fees that are charged by the suppliers providing the services included in the Trip.

 

If you cancel but your spot is filled by another participant in the next 30 days after your cancellation we’ll refund your deposit minus payment processing fees and, additionally to any other fee, a $100 administrative fee. In all cases we will deduct bank charges and/or Paypal fees.

 

 

 

119 -90 days before departure.-

 

We will retain 50% of all sums paid plus any additional costs incurred, as well as fees, if applicable, that are charged by the suppliers providing the services included in the Trip.

 

If you cancel but your spot is filled by another participant in the next 30 days after your cancellation, we’ll refund your deposit minus payment processing fees and, additionally to any other fee, a $100 administrative fee. In all cases we will deduct bank charges and/or Paypal fees.

 

 

 

90 days or less before departure or anytime after departure.-

 

No refunds will be given.

 

Payments in full are required no later than 60 days prior to departure. If full and final payment is not received by this date you will be notified via email two times requesting final payment.

 

After that, we will consider your failure to make payment a cancellation and your spot in the trip will be forfeit and offered to those participants on the waiting list.
