And last but by no means least, the magic of the streets in old Istanbul, the mysterious alleys, the monuments, the beautiful mosques where we will be able to photograph the faithful while performing their prayers in a unique setting.

With a hand-picked choice of lodgings, all of them in a privileged location for our photographic activities: a four stars hotel in the old area of Istanbul, a humble but clean guest house in a charming and authentic village in the area of Izmir and — in Cappadoccia — a lovely hotel carved in the rocks with windows to the outside world.

This is an Intense and extraordinary immersion deep into the Turkey photography culture with everything that we have always dreamed to witness there.

My trip with Harry was an experience beyond anything I could imagine. The locations and itinerary are extremely well thought out and organized to maximize your photographic opportunities. Harry’s advice and approaches to evaluating a scene and working your subject were invaluable. It took me outside of my comfort zone culturally and technically and as a result, I returned with some of the most dramatic and moody photographs in my collection.
